These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the phgold platform and services. By accessing phgold or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on phgold. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds. phgold reserves the right to link and cross-reference accounts using technical and documentary means to detect and address account duplication.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. phgold may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration details provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phgold Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. phgold strongly recommends enabling 2FA, which provides an additional layer of protection by requiring SMS verification to your registered Philippine mobile number upon each login attempt.
You must not disclose your Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. phgold employees and support staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phgold that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team.
You agree to notify phgold immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and acted upon, phgold shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from unauthorized account activity. phgold implements session timeout controls and login anomaly detection as additional security measures, but the primary responsibility for account security rests with the Player.
Account sharing — the use of a single phgold Account by more than one individual — is strictly prohibited. Each Account is personal and tied to the verified identity of the registered Player. Accounts found to be shared between multiple users may be suspended without prior notice, and all funds held therein may be subject to security review.
All financial transactions on phgold are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). phgold does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. phgold does not store your full banking credentials. You are required to use only payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. phgold reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from a source not registered to the Account holder, or from any source connected to fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity.
Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their phgold Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 (five) minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 business days. phgold reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts subject to additional security review.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phgold Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phgold content or software. Any unauthorized use of phgold intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgold's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
phgold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phgold has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phgold does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or security breaches. While phgold employs industry-standard security and availability measures, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, and force majeure events are beyond phgold's reasonable control. phgold shall not be liable for losses attributable to such events.
phgold reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, phgold may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all funds held in the Account, including real-money Balances and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Termination for reasons not involving breach or fraud will result in the return of the available real-money Balance to the Player following a standard security review and KYC confirmation.
A Player may voluntarily close their phgold Account at any time by contacting phgold customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not entitle the Player to a refund of losses already incurred through lawful gameplay.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions, your Account, or your use of the phgold Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, transaction, or platform decision, Players should first submit a formal complaint to phgold's customer support team, providing all relevant supporting details. phgold undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 (five) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through phgold's internal process, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
phgold reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, business practices, or Platform functionality. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the phgold Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes without penalty.
